The Legend Behind The Name: Plumbing
With Integrity, Craftsmanship, And Honor

Where Old World Values Meet
Modern Plumbing Expertise

Names matter – especially when they carry the weight of everything you stand for.

And when you’re an East Bay Area plumbing and rooter company, your name shouldn’t just be memorable. It should actually mean something.

When our founder, Will, started Avalon Rooter, that’s exactly what he did. He was looking for something that meant something – something that captured his belief that doing right by people should be the cornerstone of every business.

That’s how he landed on Avalon – a name rooted in the legendary tales of King Arthur, the sword Excalibur, and the knights who swore to serve with honor.

A Name In Plumbing Born From The Idea Of Honor

In Arthurian legend, Excalibur was forged on the mystical island of Avalon. The island was a place of craftsmanship, purity, and truth. It also served as a symbol of peace after battle, as it was the final resting place of King Arthur.

To Will, those stories were more than mere fantasy. They represented values.

Knights were bound by a code: Do what’s right. Protect those who can’t protect themselves. Keep your word – no matter the cost.

So, when Will founded Avalon Rooter, he decided those same values would be the foundation of his company. That meant no shortcuts and no false promises. Instead, we offer skilled professionals committed to honesty, precision, and respect – every single day.

Chivalry Isn’t Dead – It’s Licensed And Insured

Plumbing is a trade where contractors are known for cutting corners and chasing quick profits. We’ve heard plenty of stories where companies have tried to upsell homeowners on unnecessary services.

At Avalon Rooter, we take a completely different approach. For us, the modern form of chivalry looks like:

• Showing up on time and keeping our word.
• Communicating clearly and treating customers with respect.
• Fixing problems the right way, not the fastest or cheapest way.

It’s not old-fashioned – it’s timeless. Why? Because integrity never goes out of style.

Plumbing Craftsmanship That Lives Up To The Name

Excalibur wasn’t just another sword, much like our work isn’t just another plumbing job. Every service we complete is handled with precision, experience, and pride.

Our team of skilled professionals is made up of individuals who share the same values that inspired our name. They’re people who take ownership of their craft, actually care about doing things right, and treat every customer and home with the respect they deserve.

And that’s just one of the many reasons homeowners trust us for plumbing services throughout the East Bay Area. It’s not just about the plumbing – it’s about the principles behind the work.

Why The Name Still Guides Our Plumbing Services Today

Avalon Rooter might have grown since our early days, but our foundation hasn’t changed.
