Sewer work can be a tricky business because they’re technically on city property and often extend well beyond your property. In many cases, there is literally NO way to install your new sewer lateral without affecting one or more of your neighbors’ properties.

If we have to dig up your rose bushes, we’ll replant them for you. If we have to tear up your driveway, we’ll repair the concrete before we leave.

We know it’s inconvenient to have to access your property to install a new sewer line, and it’s no picnic for your neighbors, either.

While we technically don’t have to ask permission, failing to do so can be a HUGE mistake. Think about it, how would you feel if your neighbor hired a contractor who started digging into your yard without asking?

Well, even the most pleasant of your neighbors won’t like it, either, but if we come over and explain ourselves, it can be a whole different story.
