What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

We are open from 8 am until 5 pm Monday through Friday, so our amazing employees can have their weekends and evenings free to be with family and friends. We always respond promptly to inquiries received the night before first thing in the morning on business days.

Do You Offer Free Estimates?

We do offer free estimates, unless we have to perform any work to diagnose the issue, such as cutting open a wall to explore the pipes behind them. We will ALWAYS provide a cost prior to beginning any exploratory work either way, so you won’t ever be caught off guard.

Are You Licensed & Insured?

Yes, we are! We are licensed AND insured well above the minimums set by the state of California for contractors.

Do You Charge Hourly For Plumbing & Sewer Work?

No, typically we charge by the job and provide an accurate estimate prior to beginning the work.

Do You Offer Financing?

How Long Does Your Warranty On Sewer Replacement Last?

Our warranty is valid for 10 years for all underground sewer pipes we replace.

What Does Your Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers all pipes and connection points. If any problem arises with the pipes we have installed, we will come back and fix the problem at no cost to you.

Does The Warranty Stay With The House If I Sell It?

Yes, regardless of who owns the home, the warranty is valid for 10 years.
