What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

We are available for all of your plumbing and rooter needs from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Inquiries received at night or on weekends will be responded to promptly the next business day.

Do You Offer Emergency Plumbing Services?

No, though we can do urgent repairs in some circumstances, we do not offer 24-hour emergency plumbing services.

Do You Charge By The Hour Or Per Project?

Typically we will charge based on the project, not hourly. We will provide our best estimate beforehand.

Are You Licensed And Insured?

Yes, all of our technicians are licensed and insured above the minimum requirements set by the state of California for plumbing contractors.

Do You Charge A Fee For Estimates?

No, unless we need to do diagnostic work, like cutting into your wall to see the pipes underneath, we will not charge you for an estimate.

Do You Offer Financing?

What Is Sludge, And Why Does It Form In My Pipes?

Sludge is a buildup of organic material that collects on the inside of your pipes. Eventually it will cause a choking point, which can cause your drain to clog. While there is no surefire way to prevent it, you can reduce its impact by maintaining good plumbing health.
